Everyone is worthy of care – I provide therapeutic bodywork: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Bodywork, Cupping, and somatic awareness building.

I am gender affirming, fat positive, BIPOC / POC welcoming. Requests for sliding scale are welcome. The studio is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.

Medical appointments billable to insurance require minimum 1 week advance notice to confirm coverage, copayment, and any prescriptions or referrals. Billing is at standard Worker’s Comp Rate.

No Kaiser/CHP – I regret to inform you that I do not bill Kaiser insurance. There was a mix up with their credentialing company & I am temporarily incorrectly listed as a provider. Please note CHP/kaiser is updating their records to reflect that I am not in network. The correction will take effect soon. 
With Kaiser insurance, your best bet is going with a multi-practitioner office since they have more flexibility & generally more availability.
