Honoring Fear With Compassion
What if fear isn’t something you need to overcome?
We’re often taught to push through fear, conquer it, silence it, or stop letting it control us. But fear usually isn’t trying to ruin our lives. It’s trying to protect us.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore a different way of relating to fear—one rooted in curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
You’ll learn to recognize what your fear may be protecting you from, understand why it makes sense that it’s there, and notice the ways it may be limiting your choices today.
Rather than asking, “How do I get rid of this fear?” we’ll ask:
“What happens when I stop fighting my fear and start listening to it?”
Through conversation, reflection, and guided exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to look at one fear in your own life with greater compassion—and discover what might become possible when fear no longer has to work quite so hard to keep you safe.
