Organic Movement with Casey Calhoun
November 24 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
An event every 2 weeks that begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2022
We will explore improvisational games that help you center your body and dissolve fears and insecurities. The goal is to release your voice through movement. We will have a series of exercises and games that both prepare your body for movement and utilize movement to express and to connect. The key to this class thriving is non-judgement– so leave your worries and criticisms at the door… Come play with how you move, what you visualize and allow these two to interconnect and transform each other.
