An all-level Vinyasa class offering an integrated blend of practices for harmonizing the body, mind, heart, and energy. The class will have a foundation in Vinyasa flow, with varying elements of embodied movement, kundalini and energy-based techniques, sound healing, meditation, and mantra.
The classes are lovingly designed to carry you through an experience of your own body, breath, mobility, and inner stillness. The invitation is to meet yourself in the sacred space of your own practice and presence, with attuned guidance from instructors Devon and Dana.
Devon and Dana will be alternating teaching every other week, with an occasional guest teacher – Kalyana Maitri.

Meet Your Hosts:
Devon completed her 200hr-RYT power Vinyasa yoga certification at YoYoYogi in 2018. Her intention is to connect people with their bodies and breath to support them in finding stillness within and contentment in the busy modern world. Her experience with ballet, intuitive movement, and ecstatic dance all contribute to her invigorating flows. She offers a fun and playful approach, integrated with philosophy and meditation practices, to create a diverse yet balanced class for every body.
Dana’s training includes certifications in Prana Vinyasa (2018), Restorative yoga (2017), Kundalini yoga (2015), Clear Light Healing (2015) and Aura Readings (2013). Dana is passionate about helping people access transformation and wholeness through the healing arts. Dana’s love for in embodied movement, meditation, music and sound healing weave their way into her yoga classes.
