In my treatments, we will actively search for the root of your body pain, while balancing emotional and constitutional well-being and invoking deep relaxation. I use a variety of acupuncture techniques to help with muscle imbalances that can cause body pain. I will start at your level of comfort, and push to be gentle yet effective with acupuncture techniques.

I enjoy using Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture to help with a variety of things such as low back pain, sacroiliac/SI joint dysfunction, neck pain, shoulder pain, arm pain, plantar fasciitis, and headaches, as well as non-pain concerns like insomnia, digestive issues, stress, and women’s health.

Methodologies I’m influenced by include Traditional Chinese Medicine, Exstore (Examine and Restore) Assessment System by Anthony Lombardi, Tuina Chinese Medical Massage, TCM acupuncture points, Trigger/Ashi points, Motor points, electro-acupuncture, and mental-emotional / constitutional balancing points.
