Wen Wu School Portland invites you to experience Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong, an ancient Chinese movement art developed to promote health, well-being and longevity. Qigong (pronounced “chee gung”) is the practice of moving the body’s “qi” or vital energy using a combination of active and quiet movements of the body. With regular practice, students have experienced improvements in energy, stamina, mobility, comfort and equanimity.
