The session will begin with a Prana Yama series, which will get you into your body and into an open state of mind. From a seated position, we will rotate through the four cardinal directions and with that, four meditations to prep the mind and body for the ecstatic breathwork to follow.
With a focus on creating a transformative experience, we’ll take part in inward focused and supportive breathwork session combining both breath-retention practices with circular breathing. Through this journey, you’ll be able to venture deep into your being. This session is designed to bring an emotional, physical, and psychological experience. Different people experience breathwork differently, but be prepared for a deep and meaningful experience regardless if this is your first session or if you’ve been practicing breathwork for years.
Breathwork is a mild psychedelic experience and Sunday Sessions create a safe and nurturing space, where you can freely explore and release stored emotions, calm intrusive thoughts, and be present in your body. The collective energy we cultivate amplifies the potency of our practice, fostering a deeper connection with ourselves and the shared human experience. This is your opportunity to dive deep within, unwind your body, expand your mind, and open your innate and intuitive ability to heal.
