Welcome to the Awakenings Studio

The Awakenings Community Room is a wonderful studio space for workshops, classes, yoga, dancing and more. The studio was built in 2005, is 900 square feet (30’x30′) and has a large central skylight, beautiful cork floors, an integrated professional sound system with inputs ready for your phone, laptop or MP3 player, great natural acoustics, radiant heat, an outside entrance and direct access to a beautifully refinished kitchen and bathroom. Awakenings hosts many programs put on by our therapists and others throughout the year. See our Calendar for meditation, movement, yoga, Reiki Clinics, Toning Circles, concerts and other workshops and sound healing events. The Studio is available for hourly, day and weekend rental. Studio rental includes the following marketing: Posting a flyer you provide to the Awakenings Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/AwakeningsWellness (1800 followers), posting to the Awakenings website calendar (which also has followers), posting a flyer you provide to our community event bulletin boards.

Studio Rates and Information

Our studio space is 900 square feet, with radiant heat bamboo cork flooring, high ceiling and large skylight. It opens out to a patio via French doors and there is a kitchen space that instructors can use to prepare tea/snacks. We also have 3 tables, about 40 chairs, 25 backjacks, thick full body mats that velcro together to form larger mats, yoga mats, bolsters, professional audio/visual equipment and mostly anything you might need for workshops/playshops. The studio can fit up to 50 people.

$15/hr Early Mornings 4-7am
$25/hr Mornings 7a-9a
$30/hr Daytimes 9-5
$35/hr Evenings 5p-Midnight ($50 minimum)
$195 Full weekday Day 9-5

WEEKENDS
$45/hr ($50 minimum)
$350 Full Weekend Day (7a-5p)
$595 Full Weekend – Sat & Sun (may not include Saturday evening)
$650 Friday Eve, Sat & Sun
$695 Full days Fri-Sun
$795 Full days Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon
$55 Overnight Hold (leave studio set up for next day)

  • A day is roughly 8 hour rental (some wiggle room)
  • A 10% discount is available for new renters and those booking a series*.
  • At least 30% non-refundable deposit required with signed contract. Payment in full if less than 30 days out. 
  • *Series or recurring bookings must include all logical days in the series (such as weekly without skipping a week) to qualify for the discount.
  • In case of cancellation, at its discretion, Awakenings may allot up to half the remaining payment beyond the deposit toward a future event.
  • There are no refunds less than 30 days out.
