Gong Bath
March 15, 2023 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
A Gong Bath™ is a powerful yet gentle sound healing/awakening experience. During the session one can use the power of the Paiste Planetary Earth Gong to heal and awaken wanted and unwanted energy from ones mind, body, and spirit. Through this sound healing one can experience deep relaxation, bliss, and clarity. In addition, feelings of stress, anger, and fear may be felt during the ritual. Using your intention, breath, and the vibration of the gong, one can enhance the wanted feelings and release/transmute what is unwanted.
Cedar Bear has been trained in the lineage of Richard Rudis who created the original “Gong Bath™”. Cedar’s Gong Bath’s and concerts include elements from Nada Yoga, DJ mixing, drumming, Tibetan Buddhism, Tantric Hinduism, sacred geometry, and Reiki. This creates a meditative experience in which each participant is acoustically guided via harmonic overtones, into realms of physical & mental/emotional well-being as well as cellular healing. Carefully designed vibrational constructs are used to further entice the brain into Alpha/Theta/Delta wave-scapes of clarity, peace, and wholeness which promotes physIcal, mental, and spiritual awakening, wisdom, and healing.
Richard Rudis, the original creator of the ‘Gong Bath™”, describes what a Gong Bath™ is:
“A ‘Gong Bath™’ is an expression of ‘Sacred Sound’ which is constructed of sound frequencies, harmonics and overtones rooted in Buddhist teachings and practice techniques. It is a powerful vibrational journey which positively affect emotional balance, cellular healing and spiritual awareness. It is an alchemy of eastern philosophy, bioenergetics and quantum science resulting in a most powerful healing modality. Within every ‘Bath’ each participant is bathed with rhythms, tonalities and multi-tonal octaves that are naturally revitalizing, stress reducing and profoundly healing physically, mentally and spiritually.”
Cedar has been granted permission from Richard Rudis to use the term Gong Bath™.
