Hummingbird HeartBeat Healing (Ashley Rogers) and Healings at Hand (Lisa Janell) are teaming up to bring you another healing session to promote personal growth, increase relaxation and boost your well being! You will have the opportunity to journey inward during this potent time for self love accompanied by a heart opening Cacao elixir.
We will meet in the studio space at Awakenings, please arrive 10-15 min prior to start time to get comfortable. There are mats, blankets, floor pillows and seats/backjacks available but feel free to bring any items you need (special pillows, stuffies, etc.) to feel comfortable while relaxing on the floor for up to an hour. Water bottle highly encouraged!
The evening will include:
~Guided Meditation/Visualization for Maximum Relaxation
~Energy sound healing bath bringing you open hearted connected healing experience to all seeking to unblock their cymathic coding. This sound journey will help with releasing and opening up your star seed with the soothing sounds of 7 chakra crystal bowls, 9 Tibetan bowls (with two bowls focused on the heart and sacral energy centers) Ashley has 40+ hours of training and a certification in sound healing. She has extensive experience in providing sound baths during countless ceremonial healing sessions.
~Individually Focused Crystal Reiki Healing~ complete with pendulum chakra readings. Reiki is a powerful energetic healing modality and Lisa, a Reiki Level 3 +Seichim Practitioner, uses crystal gemstones to enhance the room as well as each person’s experience. She has been holding space for over ten years practicing this dynamic type of healing at Awakenings and beyond the 3rd dimension.
