Breathwork & Bowls

In this workshop we will be engaging with 2 forms of breathwork: pranayama for centering and circular breathing for clearing energy. Our practice will be supported buy the healing power of sound using crystal singing bowls, harp, chimes, and more. Led by Geoff Falkenberg & Olivia Harper
