What does it mean to you to deepen into your authentic nature? To deepen into an uncompromised and honest way of being?

Breathwave is a gentle yet powerful approach to connected breathing that drops us out of the mind and into the body— increasing neuroplasticity, regulating our nervous system, purging toxins, and cultivating deep inner space to process unexpressed emotions.

Here we spiral inward and attune to the parts of ourselves that have been abandoned, integrating our shadows and celebrating the richness they bring to our felt experience. After all, this incarnation is a celebration of sensation!

Due to the size of the space we are in, this circle has limited capacity. Please reach out to one of us directly to check availability before sending a donation to reserve your space.

Please do not let money hinder you from coming. If you are wanting to join, but not in a position to participate with a donation, just let us know.
