We’ll begin by gathering in Circle, co-creating a container to hold exploration and open heart shares around the theme, Interconnected Love. We will then move into an active, rhythmic, 3-part transcendental breathwork practice called, Soul Journey Breathwork — a powerful practice designed to facilitate deep self-discovery, emotional release, and connection.

Soul Journey Breathwork Session:

Soul Journey Breathwork is a transformative, active 3-part breath that dives into the subconscious to help offer greater self awareness, clarity, and boundless self-exploration. Unlike the breath practices used in yoga studios, this breath journey creates activated states that shift the brain chemistry and offer deeply therapeutic transformation, neural reprogramming, clarity of the soul, and personal empowerment.

Through intentional breathing, a curated playlist, and loving, guided facilitation, you will learn to access additional states of consciousness that can support you in tapping into your own inner wisdom, self-discovery, and greater self awareness.
