The workshop is designed to guide participants through a transformative process of self-exploration and expression, blending breathwork with writing to unlock deeper layers of self-awareness and creativity. Over the course of two hours, participants will journey through a series of practices that nurture the body, mind, and spirit, fostering a profound sense of connection and belonging. We will begin by writing together, then we’ll move into an enlivening breath practice, then write a bit more. There will be time for those who wish to share their writing but no expectation to do so.
