Full Moon Cacao Ceremony and Breathwork Session

Join us for an afternoon under the Full Moon in Aquarius. This special ceremony is designed to slow you down, guide you inward, and awaken your spirit through a harmonious blend of breathwork, sound healing, and sacred cacao.

A full moon ceremony creates a container for you to check in, and align your energy with your intentions. The full moon represents the ending of one phase and the beginning of another, reminding us of the opportunity for renewal. The Aquarius Full Moon carries powerful and unique energies associated with forward innovation, embracing individuality, connecting with community, and accepting change. Under the full moon, we are invited to reflect on these themes and integrate their lessons into our lives.

What to Expect:

  • Cacao Ceremony: Begin with a sacred cacao ritual to open your heart and deepen your connection with yourself and the community.
  • Breathwork: Engage in a powerful 45-minute breathwork session, tapping into a deeper state of consciousness and releasing what no longer serves you. 
  • Sound Journey: Experience the healing vibrations of a sound bath, designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.

What to Bring:

  • An eye pillow for breathwork and meditation (optional, we can provide some) 
  • A journal and pen
  • Comfortable clothing
  • An open mind and a willingness to share
