Somatic Salience gathering: Spring!
Emergence, An inquiry on aliveness.
Step into an exploration of emergence, inspired by the quiet unfolding of spring. Just as the earth shifts from stillness to bloom, we will turn inward to listen deeply to the subtle rhythms of our bodies, allowing new sensations, forms, and possibilities to arise.
Through embodied practices and reflective inquiry, we will create space for the natural unfolding of our inner landscape. This session invites you to reconnect with the aliveness that exists within you, embracing the discomfort and joy that emerge in the process of growth and transformation.
In this stillness, we will uncover the deep wisdom of the body and remember the vitality that is always present, waiting to be integrated. Join us in this journey of exploratory awakening, where the emergence of impulse, desire and clarity have space to unfold.
