Highlights of the Event:
Plan to arrive by 6:45 PM to get settled. The entrance to the studio is on the side of the building. Walk up the stairs by the beautiful mural to the studio entrance.
- Sound ceremony starts at 7:00 PM and lasts one hour.
- Doors will be locked at 7:00 to preserve the sacred atmosphere.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Blankets and pillows for added comfort
- An open heart and mind
