Breathwave Community Circle

Breathwave is a powerfully gentle approach to Conscious Connected Breathing.

This is a self-healing practice that focuses on the open and relaxed flow of breath-as-medicine for the bodymind and spirit. Verbal and somatic guidance is offered by the Breathwave facilitator(s) to help liberate patterns of imbalance and resistance in the breather’s body, cultivating new depths of embodied presence, peace and empowerment.

All are welcome, no prior breathwork experience required, just a willingness to participate. Space is limited. Please contact Patrick at patrickmsellin@gmail.com to RSVP.
