We engage in this practical soulful life to deepen our awareness through breath, movement, posture, and sound. Here in the heart of Earth & Sky we connect with primordial wisdom and build the capacity to move through modern adversities.

We allow this precious connection to grow and gain momentum in the collective being through our conscious tendrils.

And we enjoy it.
