Ready for complete mind and body bliss?
Join Kati VanLoo and Alexa Jett for a special offering that combines the restorative qualities of a soundbath with reiki energetic healing to leave you feeling absolutely amazing.
New to these modalities? The soundbath will be facilitated by Alexa, including crystal singing bowls and a singing pyramid to create waves of soothing sound frequencies that serve as vibrational therapy and allow you to quiet your mind. You’ll also receive either hands-on or distant reiki energy healing from Kati, an ancient Japanese energetic technique that allows the practitioner to channel Reiki energy that promotes relaxation and healing to the recipient. Kati also provides chakra tuning based on individual needs.
If you’ve ever worked with either of these two before, you know how powerful this will be to have them facilitating together!
Feel free to bring any items with you that will allow you to lay comfortably for the duration of the session (yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, eye masks, crystals, etc.). The studio does offer mats and blankets.
