Awareness Through Movement® lessons guide students through gentle, mindful movement sequences that cultivate awareness of habitual movement patterns and create new pathways for easeful, functional movements for everyday living. These structures for learning promote holistic integration of the body and mind, as well as shift habitual ways of thinking, feeling and perceiving ourselves.
It should be noted that these classes are a part of dee’s professional development as a Feldenkrais® practitioner-in-training, therefore, student feedback is welcome and highly encouraged.
Suggested Donation $5 – $20 are welcome. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
