The 1st of a couple Full Moons in Aquarius begins on July 23rd and occurs at 1 degree of Aquarius, the starting point of this zodiac sign… We may find that whatever comes up for us at this Full Moon will be linked to the next Aquarius Full Moon on August 22, and that we may have to wait until then to ensure that we have the full picture of whatever comes up for us around the 1st of these full moons in Aquarius…
Also worthy of noting, Pluto is active on this Full Moon and represents the process of change, or death and rebirth. Full Moons tend to bring endings and completion, so this “death” phase of Pluto’s energy is emphasized during this time…
So this is quite a celestially opportune time to release that which no longer serves as we are initiated into the start of this Leo/Aquarius energy with the peak of the full moon happening at the actual start of this Sound Healing Meditation!

During this slightly guided Sound Healing Meditation, you will energetically bathe in the higher vibrational frequencies of the 432 Hz Singing Crystal Bowls and Gongs as you are guided through a releasing process to free yourself of blockages, stagnation, and lower vibrational energies/patterns that no longer serve you!There will be some drumming by my co-sound-healing-facilitator Kevin Marshall during a guided releasing process.
We’ll end with a harmonious and rhythmic Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowl “Sound Bath” to bring balance and flow within in place of that which we’ve released!☯
