This Loving-Kindness Meditation Workshop is an opportunity to learn a self-compassionate meditative technique in a supportive community setting. We will be learning the basics of mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation, and then building a personalized loving-kindness practice to bring home with us. If you have a journal or art paper you like to use, please bring with you. Otherwise, writing materials will be provided. There will be a ‘love alter,’ and feel free to bring an object to place on the alter during our time together. It is suggested to wear comfy clothes! All explorers of mindfulness and meditation are welcome!
