Massage & Stretch Workshop

Come together for connection, play, & healing through touch. Bring a pal or pair up with someone new. Your Yoga Friend Rayn will guide you through an accessible & fun floor-based massage/stretch flow anchored around the ancient art of Thai massage. Come dressed in snuggly, flexible clothing and bring pillows & blankets for extra coziness. Each person in the pair will give and receive. No experience is necessary.
