Do you ever find it hard to relax? You might make time to sit quietly or move mindfully, but your mind is still racing and your heart is uncertain.
That’s because peace doesn’t come simply from resting our body or emptying our mind. Peace comes from experiencing our true self on the deepest level. The joy, satisfaction and relief we’re looking for are already there, waiting to be uncovered.
Join us for a deep dive to relax the body, mind and heart and experience the true inner peace of self-discovery and self-realization. We’ll kick off our half-day Deep Peace gathering with a yin yoga class accompanied by a live mantra band. We’ll follow that with an immersive sound bath featuring Yoga Sound Meditation and the vibrations of one of Portland’s most experienced sound healers. We’ll finish with a soothing guided meditation to take you deep into an understanding of your spiritual identity and finally come together for a heart-opening kirtan.
Day 2 – HOME WITHIN THE HEART

We all have a desire to belong. There’s no better feeling than arriving somewhere, seeing the faces of those who love you and knowing that you’re home. Why is this drive so strong? It’s because it speaks to who we are on the deepest level. We are all related, as eternal sparks of spiritual energy and children of the Supreme Spirit.
In this Part 2 of our New Year Deep Dive series, we’ll begin with a resonant AUM circle and set intentions for our time together. Then, we’ll dive into a cleansing guided meditation to clear any blockages of stuck anger or resentment. Embracing the power of forgiveness and spiritual sound allows us to fully open our heart and experience our connection to the Supreme and to all living beings. Finally, we’ll have a chance to share insights and join together in a joyful kirtan.
