Restorative Soundbath Immersion

Join Birdie and Rob on an early Sunday evening to invite rest, ease, and comfort to your central nervous system.
This 90-minute restorative yoga practice is accompanied by the soothing instruments of chimes, singing bowls, hand pans, drums, and more.
This thoughtful and meditative practice invites you to go inward and deepen the connection you have with both the physical and subtle anatomy of your body.
- Please wear comfortable clothing.
- Extra blankets, pillows, and eyes mask are welcomed and encouraged.
- Hands-on assistance, bodywork, and aromatherapy are given upon consent.
