WE WILL BEGIN WITH A SOMATIC MOVEMENT PRACTICE, THEN WE WILL RELEASE OUR DEEP BREATHING MUSCLES THROUGH GUIDED SELF MASSAGE. THIS WILL HELP PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR THE PSYCHEDELIC (also known as holotropic) BREATH WORK PRACTICE.
THIS PRACTICE IS KNOWN FOR UNBLOCKING PHYSICAL TENSION IN THE BODY, BRINGING EMOTIONAL RELEASE, AND INCREASING OUR SENSE OF SELF LOVE, ACCEPTANCE AND CONNECTION.
AFTER THE BREATHWORK PORTION CONCLUDES, YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEEPLY REST WHILE BEING LED THROUGH A GUIDED MEDITATION, DURING WHICH YOU CAN RECIEVE SOME THERAPEUTIC TOUCH.
