Somatic Movement, Self Massage & Holotropic Breathwork

Come receive the space and time to slow down and reconnect to your energetic, physical and emotional well being. Savanna Wonderwheel & Elizabeth Bressler are here to hold the container for you <3

We will begin with a somatic movement practice which will lead us into a self massage series aiming to release and restore our deep breathing muscles. Giving room for your body to more ease-fully flow into the breathwork and mediation practices.

Holotropic also known as Psychedelic breathwork is known for unblocking physical tension in the body, bringing emotional release, and increasing our self love, acceptance and connection.

After the breathwork portion concludes, you will be given the opportunity to deeply rest while being led through a guided meditation in which you have the opportunity to receive some therapeutic touch.
