Following the Root Chakra Session the week before (not necessary to have attended), we now shift to the Root Chakra’s counterpart – the Sacral Chakra.
Once our needs are met, feeling safe and stable, we can enjoy the flow within our “structure” – indulging in the playful, creative energy of the Sacral Chakra and in life’s little pleasures!
The foundation created within the Root Chakra supports the fluidity of the Sacral Chakra. While the Root Chakra assists to ground and stabilize, the Sacral Chakra can then allow us to better let go, to flow, to move, and to feel.
Our Creative Life Force resides here. This force can literally create life, or this creative energy can be channeled to assist in manifestation. More specifically, the Creative Life Force provides nourishment and nurturance for your intention to grow into fruition – like a plant receiving water to grow strong!
The element of the Sacral Chakra is water, and like water, this chakra – in its natural and balanced state – is at ease in a channeled and balanced flow. It is fluid, gives life, and can provide a steady stream of energy. The Sacral Chakra helps you navigate life’s obstacles with the same ease that water flows around rocks, both large and small.

The theme of this Sacral Chakra Sound Healing Meditation focuses on harnessing our Life Force Energy, to flow more freely like water, increasing our sense of vitality and creativity.
We’ll also focus on strengthening our connection and understanding of our Emotional Body, boosting our emotional intelligence and control over our emotions.
