The Healing Circle: Samhain (Hallows Eve) Breathwork + Cacao Ceremony

About:

All Hallows Eve, or Samhain as it’s referred to in Pagan traditions, is the festival of the Dead. It is the end of the harvest season and the start of the coldest half of the year. As we are in connection with Mother Nature’s rhythms, death is inherently in the air this time of year and contributes to the ancient notion that at Samhain, the veil is thin between the world of the living and the realm of the Dead and this facilitates contact and communication – in our ceremony we will be honoring this opportunity to connect with those on the Otherworld and spiritually commune with them.

What to Expect:

During this ceremony, we will combine the powerful magic of Holotropic Breathwork, Shamanic journeying & Sound Healing with ancient ceremonial Cacao medicine to open our hearts, connect inward, and explore the grand scope of our lives and personal paths.

We will journey to uncover what is both in and out of alignment in our paths and release what no longer serves us so that we can create spaciousness for new bounties of abundance to be welcomed in this next season of our lives.

In our time together you will…

• Experience an open-hearted Ancient Cacao Ceremony paired with a powerful Shamanic healing journey (deep meditation)
• Engage in a transformational Holotropic breathwork practice designed to help you breakthrough and release stuck and unserving energy
• Receive a sound bath, Reiki, and sound healing throughout your entire journey to activate high vibrational healing
• Practice reflective journaling and intention setting practices
• Release out-dated energies that are no longer in alignment with this next transition in your life
• Experience deep healing within while feeling supported by a loving and conscious community
• Connect to your ancestors, guides and higher realms to access love and support while the veil is thin

What to Bring:

• Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mug) for best convenience.
• You will be experiencing a shamanic journey so please bring a mat to lay on and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable

• Any fruits/flowers/sacred items to add to the altar as an offering
• Since we will be honoring death this Samhain, please feel comfortable to bring photographs, heirlooms, and other mementos of deceased family, friends, and companion creatures to add to our altar.

About the Ceremonialists:

Christine Marie is a Medicine Woman who gathers and channels divine medicine to heal herself and the collective. Her offerings of divine medicine are spread through various mediums. She is a Published Author/Poet, Shamanic Practitioner, Holy Fire Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Earth Medicine Guide, Spiritual Guide/Mentor + Artist.

Jordan Aftanas is a Wellness Strategist and Coach who utilize strategic personal development and holistic wellbeing practices to help individuals and organizations navigate their internal landscape so they can live a life of congruency, resilience and powerful impact. She is a certified Master Life Coach, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga + Meditation teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and over 8+ years of strategic consulting experience.
