Have you found yourself going through the motions lately or wondering if there should be something more to your daily life? If you would like to learn tools and techniques to improve your overall well-being as well as deepen your sense of purpose and meaning, we can help. Through group exercises, discussion and reflection, we will explore various aspects of everyday well-being and how these connect to spirituality. We will discuss spiritual well-being through an equity-minded, strengths-based approach, so that people from any background can join. Our aim is for you to leave feeling more grounded, more confident in your ability to handle stresses, and more optimistic about your future.
In this session, we will cover some of the more personal aspects of well-being, your physical, emotional and intellectual self. We will discuss and explore various techniques to calm your nervous system, cultivate greater physical health, manage difficult thoughts or feelings, and practice creating new narratives for yourself so you can begin living with greater well-being.
Please bring a journal, pen or pencil, and anything else you need to be comfortable
