A first time treatment is 75 minutes and includes a detailed intake, health history, tongue and pulse diagnosis, goal clarifications and Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis of where to focus for ultimate body mind spirit harmony. Choose 45, 60, 75 or 90 minute revitalizing treatment to follow up and you will receive nutritional, lifestyle and movement recommendations if desired and appropriate. Amma is perfect for folks who appreciate the benefits of acupuncture but don’t like the needles and want massage incorporated. I massage along all of the TCM channels for a full energetic reset as well as going deeper into areas of stagnation, which gets Qi, Blood and Fluids moving for decreased pain and better body functioning. Cupping, gua sha, and acupressure point stickers may be used along with oils and liniments at no extra charge.
