I am a metaphysical teacher, published author, and certified Sivananda yoga instructor, and I believe these times call to us to integrate our highest Self. I have been teaching dance, yoga, meditation, metaphysical, and motivational work for twenty years in Michigan, Colorado, California and Oregon. Directing and Choreographing theatre for ten years eventually lead to alternative trance-style dances and a love of yoga. I was an ecstatic dance DJ for Sacred Circle dance, previously directed Thursday Dance Temple, and I love taking dancers on an internal journey. I have a healing background in Reiki, energy medicine, and laying-on-of-stones, and my metaphysical classes and healing sessions include these healing modalities along with deep vision work, sacred energy work, meditation, and discovery through Tarot and Jungian archetypes. My spiritual background and time on the Sivananda ashram gave me a desire to create a mind/body/spirit class. My business background allows me to empathize with so little time to accomplish our personal growth goals. I have created Trance-Fusion to integrate these tools into one fluid and joyful class.
