Whitney is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT #25828), Certified Postpartum Doula, and yoga teacher. 

As an LMT, Whitney specializes in Traditional Thai Massage as well as Prenatal and Postpartum Massage. She also offers Therapeutic Table Massage using an intuitive and integrative approach that combines techniques from her studies in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai, Craniosacral Therapy, Tui Na, and Shiatsu.

She has been working professionally with families for over a decade and currently works with Bridgetown Baby as a Certified Postpartum Doula. Outcalls / in-home massage is available for a limited number of postpartum clients.

Massage appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

As a yoga instructor, Whitney has taught Kids and Family Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga. Private classes, kids yoga birthday parties, and restorative yoga + bodywork group sessions are available.

Having grown up as a Korean adoptee, Whitney has been drawn towards working with families, BIPOC, and immigrant communities. She has volunteered to teach trauma-informed yoga in Spanish through Living Yoga and is a founding member of the Humans of Color Movement Alliance, and organizer with the Immigrant Mutual Aid Coalition. Through her wellness offerings, she hopes to make massage, postpartum support, and yoga more accessible with sliding scale and scholarship offerings.
